first time jatuh

hari ni catat sejarah...first time raziq jatuh..dia main golek2 sendiri..cam ne ntah jatuh pagi tadi..hehehe nangis kuat giler...:) so sweet jgnmanja anak laki kena kuat..muahhh i luv u..still tak mau tidur dh 2 mlm adoi yaaaaaaaaaaa

bahayakah plastik kepada bayi?

kemungkinan..salah satu isu yang biasa kita dgr iaitu BPA (Bisphenol-A), yang kebanyakan digunakan dalam botol air, tin aliminum atau bekas plastik. kebanyakan manusia hanya mempunyai sedikit jumlah BPA di dalam darah dan URine. Mengikut Food & Drug Administration yang BPA bukan lah satu ancaman yang besar kepada kita.

satu penyelidikan dilakukan oleh Journal Of The American Medical Association mendapati bahawa orang dewasa yang mempunyai kadar BPA yang tinggi didalam tubuh merah berkemungkinan tinggi akan menghadapi penyakit seperti diabetes, heart disease dan liver disease

7 Ways to Limit Your Family's Exposure to Toxic Chemicals in Plastic

1. Limit the use of plastic food containers for serving or storing food. Use glass, paper and ceramic containers, especially for microwaving foods.

2. Never heat a plastic baby bottle in the microwave. And avoid heating food in any plastic container, even if it's marked "microwave safe." Studies have found that heating plastic containers increases the amount of BPA -- and other chemicals -- that leaches into food.

3. Memorize this rhyme: "5-4-1-2, all the rest are bad for you." It's a great little mnemonic helper. If you turn plastic bottles and food containers over, you'll usually find a number on the bottom that indicates the type of plastic they're made from. Plastic containers marked with 5, 4, 1 or 2 have little or no BPA. Toss items that have any number other than those four digits.

4. Go soft. If you can't locate a number on the bottom of the container, opt for pliable containers. BPA is mostly found in rigid, shatterproof, reusable polycarbonate plastic-the kind used in some CD cases, baby bottles, water bottles and other hard plastic containers. Softer plastic containers usually contain less of the chemical.

5. Cut down on cans. Opt for more fresh and frozen foods and fewer canned foods. BPA is used in the plastic lining of many canned foods and beverages, including soup. It's also used in soda cans, which is one more reason to drink soda sparingly. Paper containers for liquids are a better choice.

6. Use BPA-free pacifiers and baby bottles. More and more of both are on the market.

7. Finally...relax. When it comes to your baby or toddler, there are more important worries than hard plastics leaching microscopic amounts of chemicals into food. For starers, think about obesity, accidents, swallowing toy parts and flushing insurance documents down the toilet. Follow my tips, but don't forget to focus on the big picture.

raziq tak jadi inject lagi..

semalam gi hospital..raziq still lagi tak kena inject.sbb masih ada parut chicken pox..plus batuk2..doktor cek sekali lagi takde kahak n tak lelah..cuma dia bagi antibiotik...dia suh habis kan.huhu raziq tak suka sgt ubat tu..

umur : 5 bulan 22 hari
berat : 5.8 kg
tinggi 63 cm

alhamdulillah wlaupun kurus tapi saya sgt sehat dan KUAT..:)

kali ketiga saya bagi celeri + nasi + ayam +kismis.. semalam first time saya bagi dia makan receipe baru..oooo 1st time raziq refuse ..tak mau mkn....saya kena suap sampai 5 kali baru la dia leh habiskan nasi tu..biasala at the first time intriduce new food kat baby mmg macam tu lah..tapi takpe..:)

raziq tgh recover parut

dh lama tak post kat blog..terlalu busy this weekend.ngan subject baru lagi..ngan workshop weekend ni lagi aiyakk..balik kerja terus terbonkang tidur sekali ngan raziq.raziq as usual paling lewat kul 8.30 mlm dia tidur biasanya pas maghrib je tidur..hehehe
